For an international scientific company in Lugano we're looking for a Events Sponsorship Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sponsorship trackers
- Support preparation of sales and sponsor documentation
- Manage POs and administrative processing of sponsorship assignments
- Follow up on marketing materials related to sponsored products/services
- Assist with industry meetings and site visits (documentation, minutes, coordination)
- Handle sponsor email queries
- Provide administrative support (travel arrangements, expense claims, PO generation)
Requirements
- University degree
- Experience in events and/or healthcare is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Customer-oriented, proactive and detail-focused
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 2 weeks per year)
